Woodhill becomes the next location in North Somerset to become HeartSafe®

The hamlet of Woodhill, near Congresbury (between Bristol and Weston-super-Mare) is the latest location in North Somerset to become HeartSafe®.  This is all due to a kind and generous donation by a local company called Wessex Plants.

Wessex Plants Ltd is a family run business that was set up in 1988 and has taken the initiative to protect itself and its surrounding community from Britain’s biggest killer.  Thanks to the generosity of co-owner Annette Healy and her team, Woodhill can rest easy knowing that the residents now have access to life-saving equipment should an emergency occur.

The new Public Access Defibrillator (pictured below) is located within the universal green weatherproof secure cabinet outside the Wessex Plants Nursery.  For Sat Nav users, the post code is BS49 5AF.
