Pictured above (from left to right) are the locations of the four Public Access Defibrillators - The Chequers Inn(Fingest), Frieth Village Hall, Hambleden Sports and Social Club and Skirmett Village Hall. The campaign to buy this equipment was led by Hambleden Parish Council who raised funds through donations and events, as well as donations and support from Buckingham County Council. The Ambulance Service, the Arrhythmia Alliance charity and AED Locator (E.U.) Ltd provided advice and guidance to help ensure that the project was successful. Since the launch, there have been a couple of occasions when, following a 999 call, the Emergency Services have advised the caller to access the life-saving equipment.
